Before meeting with the client I will be sure to have sent them the NY Times article,

 Possible proactive marketing of flavors that will not be targeted by the FDA
 Choice to stop in-house mixing of the product in order to not be impacted as much by
the FDA regulations
 Be more stringent whenever it comes to bulk sales of product in order to prove
dedication to regulation as well as escape liability for minors getting their hands on
product
 Along the same lines, advise against vending machine or other unsupervised forms of
distribution as this also enhances the chances of liability
