H6yrs13. 14, Evidence: Digital Audio Recording of Interview with| Digital Audio Recording of Conversation between jand |_DvD Video of Interview with ‘Audio of Interview with zz Factual circumstances surrounding the incident: In the summer of 2008 several students, parents, friends and Coach Justin Magdaleno went on a four day, three night camping trip to Lake Nacimiento. Cabins were rented, one for the adults and one for the children. The following event took place on the first night. Justin Magdaleno brought a whole case of alcohol and put it in the kid's cabin and later that night began giving them drinks. One of the students stated that she was touched inappropriately by Justin Magdaleno but then retracted the statement saying that he only plied her with alcohol until she passed out and her friends took care of her and she woke up in her bunk bed. At the time of the incident this student wanted to report what had happened but her friends told her to keep quiet or they would be in trouble. The incident was not reported until 2014 and the officer interviewed the student on 3/13/14. This case was forwarded to the San Luis Sheriff's Office for their investigation, as the crime occurred in their jurisdiction.
