TEXAS PROMISSORY NOTE

Pursuant to TX FIN § 303.009

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, NOELIA HOMES, LLC (“Borrower”) promises to pay to

rate of ______ % annually on the unpaid balance as set forth herein.

guarantee of NOELIA ORNELAS and NOELIA HOMES, LLC.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY: The terms and conditions of this Agreement are confidential

between the parties and shall not be disclosed to any third party, except as may be
necessary to effectuate its terms.

6. PURPOSE: The Loan shall be used for land acquisition, real estate construction, and
other corporate purposes utilized by Borrower in its business.

7. ACCELERATION: Lender may require Borrower to pay the entire balance of the
unpaid principal and accrued interest immediately if the Borrower is more than 10
days late in making a payment.

8. ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS: If the Lender prevails in any action to collect on
this note, Borrower shall pay Lender’s reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.

9. STATE LAW: This note shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Texas.
 10. MODIFICATIONS: Any modifications of or amendments to the terms herein shall be
made in writing by all of the parties hereto.
