Ground floor drawing slab extent does not match with basement boundary, Opening for a
ramp location is not provided – please refer the clouded region in the enclosed drawing.

2. First Floor – Previously provided Staircase locations are missing, kindly confirm the final
staircase location in first floor.

Please provide the final slab boundary, staircase/escalator locations and openings of ground
floor, first and roof floor (Proposed PT area other than steel dome) for further proceedings.

As stated earlier, The punching shear requirement is at maximum allowable limit by providing
1200x800mm column.

All the column sizes has to be 1200x800mm (Including the expansion joint location) to satisfy
the flexural and punching requirement. At locations with heavy loading 1200x1200mm column
has to be provided.

The columns supporting the transfer beam in ground floor has to be 1400x800mm.

Please find the PT framing mark-ups of 1st floor. Please provide the steel framing and loading
details for the proposed steel areas to finalize the PTB sizes.

The clouded columns are provided in the architectural drawings and the same were missing the
incoming 1st floor drawing (As received on 18.08.2018).

The PT framing provided around the existing steel areas are provided based on the following
considerations,

1. Steel framing and loads are considered as received on 17.08.2018. (Please find the enclosed
PDF).

2. As stated by DGEC Steel beam depth are considered to be 600mm deep.
