A copy of the report titled “Geological Investigation / Assessment Re: Cracks/Fissures in Limestones within Apo Land and Quarry Corporation (ALQC) Tenement in Sitio Tagaytay, Barangay Tina-an, Naga City, Cebu’, prepared by our technical personnel, was already furnished to your Office last August 29, 2018. Based on the technical report, the manifestation of the assessed cracks/fissures in the subject site is @ natural phenomenon and is not related to the mining operation within the ALQC Tenement in Sitio Tagaytay, Barangay Tina-an, Naga City, Cebu. Further, the present nature, the number, and the distribution of cracksffissures in the subject site are not considered critical and do not pose imminent danger to the neighboring community. In view thereof, it is the considered decision of this Office to grant clearance to Apo Land Quarry Corporation to continue its usual activity within the MPSA with the highest regard to the safety of the workers and the community.
