1.1 Meeting starts at 8.05pm.
1.0 President’s
Speech.
2.0 Weekly 2.1 This Thursday(23/11) weekly activity will be Absentees this
Activity carried on as usual. Thursday: Ying,
2.2 Members have to gather at the classroom at Daniel.
7.15pm.
2.3 Jamming & Performance division members
will be briefing on the activities to others.
2.4 Before the activity starts, the song will be
played once for the students.
2.5 (Only for the first week) If the members who
attend this weekly activity is less, we will change
to freestyle jamming.
3. Composing 3.1 Will not be hold during the first 4 weeks of **Ying’s update.
Activity this semester.
3.2 Sharing session with outsiders still not been
confirmed. Will wait for the other party’s
arrangement.

4.Activity for 4.1 Fresh Bottle can organise a simple and Next
newcomers informal sharing session to welcome the Thursday30/11.
newcomers.
4.2 Will be held on next Thursday after CLS
members recruitment.
4.3 Will not have teaching session, but will carry
out sharing session.
4.4 Will let the newcomers know the activities
carried out by FB last semester. The previously
joined members will also introduce themselves to
the newcomers and share their thoughts of the
activities last semester.
5. UCMA FB 5.1 Time will be discussed later. Time need to
LIVE 5.2 Venue set at FCI THEATRE. confirm with
Ying.
6. Chinese 6.1Performance-Performers list: YZ, Matthew,
Extravaganza Ryan, Phillip.
6.2 Self Composed song, Song recording-
Rejected, Reason: Most of the committees
involved in Recital or now working.
7. Others 7.1 Training camp- Confirmed cannot join:Ying,
Alex, Daniel, Darrick
7.2 Next year committees- Wait for the report of
Head of Recreational Division from CLS. If
possible we will start posting forms online for
committees application after recital.
Bonding Trip is set on 2018/4/6,7,8.
