Conclusion:
I think that with the standardization of work procedures is to regulate and
standardize all its operative phases to avoid disruptions that could cause losses to
businesses as well as the material and in extreme cases loss of any person, is why
safety aspects should be highlighted within the standard working procedure, so
that the operator knows how to act properly in the different phases of the task.
Integrating work procedures and safety standards must be flexible and most
understandable for the operator to successfully perform their work without any
problems, would not be wrong to introduce rules or safety recommendations as to
be describing different stages of the task, or would develop a specific section on
safety standards within a procedure or work instruction,
Responsible for the areas of work and production processes are the ones who
should care for the development of work procedures and specific safety standards,
with the opinion and collaboration of workers in order to develop a simpler process
operators.
