Praise be Jesus Christ and Mary!

At this time, I would like to put in my request for a three day worth of vacation that would run from
November 23, 26-27, 2018 (Friday, Monday-Tuesday). My best friend and I will be going to Macau
and Hongkong for a tour on the said dates.

In anticipation of my vacation, I have already started to do my other works in advance and put
together all of the necessary files needed before I leave for my tour. I have also discussed my
vacation with my workmate and she is more than willing to attend to my clients while I am away.

I have filled out the official company Leave Request Form and have it attached for review.
