Title of the Study: Using of Technology as Teaching Strategy and Its Effects on the Learning of the
Students in Philippine College of Criminology.
As part of our requirements in Research in Daily Life 1 and 2, we, the grade 12 students from Juan Luna of
Philippine College of Criminology are conducting a research study about the effects of using technology as
part of teaching strategy. The purpose of the study is to know the perceptions of teachers and students about
the effect of technology in the learning and motivation of the students. This study will be beneficial in a
way that it would increase the motivation and academic performance of the students.

As one of the chosen participants, you were being selected randomly as a member of our school community.
If you agree to participate in this study, you will answer some questions related to your perception about
the application of this research. In terms of confidentiality, your identity and personal information will be
much protected and will not be disclosed without your consent. The decision to take part on this study is
entirely up to you, you may refuse or withdraw at any time you would like without affecting your
relationship with the researchers. Lastly, as a participant, you have the right to ask any question about the
study.
