    (EML) 2017

    Pursuant to PhilHealth’s mandate to pay only drugs that are


    listed in the Philippine National Drug Formulary (Sec. 37 of RA
    7875, as amended by RA 9241 and RA 10606), the Philippine
    National Formulary (PNF) 8th Edition Essential Medicines
    List (EML) 2017 is posted and can be accessed at:

    PNF8thEd_2017.pdf

    The new PNF shall be used as basis / reference for claims


    reimbursement and performance monitoring for all
    admissions starting March 1, 2018.
