 All assignments required a great deal of project management; maintaining a schedule, meeting
with vendors, buyoffs, cost analysis, cycle time management, ergonomic studies
 Courses on using 3D modeling/robot teaching software to complete design analysis’ and process
studies
 Basic understanding of binary code, hexadecimal, and binary coded hexadecimal
 Space management, use of 2D CAD drawings to move and consolidate process equipment,
within standards, to make room for other processes and for safety
 Completion of Toyota Production System courses, Toyota Business Practices courses, OHSA
construction training, LOTO training
 Quality activities to meet Toyota standards
 While in New Tech Development worked with state of the art equipment:
o Completed data collection and analysis to calibrate system
o Quality checks on vehicles that went through process
o Calibration of equipment and sensors used in the process
o Machine parameter measurements using variety of tools
 Andon group plays a major part in production control within Toyota
o Network mapping experience
o Creation and modifications of production status visuals
o Basic PLC logic to transfer data
o Installation and programming of network switches and PLCs
