Tattoos & D rawings

I’m a brazilian artist curre ntly living in
Brussels. Tat tooe r and Psychologist since
2013, I started this year with an important
goal: to travel around enganging on artistic
pursuits and studies.

I draw women and wild plants, while I study

its connection - that’s my thing. I’ve been
working since 2016 at Café Preto Tattoo, on
my main project called “Astral Women”, that
is related to women’s identifications - and
signs.

Now I want to expand this artistic

experience, improving my skills on women
portrait and botanics, and to conect with
people who feels indentified with my artwork,
around world.
Work in Progress

I choose the name of a wild plant -

Pensée Sauvage -, to sign my new
d raw i n g c o l l e c t i o n , m i x i n g w o m e n
and wild plants. This plant is a weed
of the fields, debris and roads. It
grows anywhere there is a gap to grow
- just like ideas in a creative mind //
just like wild thoughts.

Therefore, Sauvage is used here with

its original sense, to live a natural,
spontaneous, and creative life. It is
my way to learn more about me, and
the connection - as a woman, with
nature. This is my work in process.
 The project
“I want to go deeper on art, and to
connect with you, to know more about
your experiences and improve mine”.
After 6 months researching, studying
and drawing, I develop this project and
the main objectives are:
+ travel and explore the cities enganging on
artistic pursuits
+ explore the local artistic scene thourgh
partnerships and guests
+ e xc h a n g e e x p e r i e n c e s w i t h a r t i s t s t h a t
inspired me
+ create collabs and participate of artistic
events
+ shared my experiences as an artist,
registering and communicating what happens
on this trips
Astral

I’ve been working on this project about

2 years and lots of women have their
o wn “A stral”. It is about exclusive
c o m p o s i t i o n s , w i c h re fl e c t s d i s t i n c t
personalities, with a common purpose:
to bring forth forces and beauties of
every woman and their wild archetype,
through traces recorded on the skin.
Tattooing process
+Briefing
A dialogue that allows the person to be free to
talk about their identifications, about their
life, and everything that may be relevant to
mark that moment.
+The steps we follow at the appointment are:
talking, drawing, tattooing and feedback.
+All designs are made especially for each
client. I do not make copies, I do not tattoo
the same drawing more than once, nor do I
produce drawings for other tattoo artists to
perform.
+D rawing is the result of an encounter, each
session is a personal ritual, and deserves
attention and respect.
+For those not interested on “Astral” series I
have my Flashlogbook with diferent drawings
and studies. I can also create other
compositions on demand related to nature in
some way.

“O ver the skin, my goal is to brought on
the surface enpowered women identities
and my costumers stories and
i d e n t i fi c a t i o n s ; o n p a p e r, I r e g i s t e r
beautiful and wild things; and on canvas,
I try to experience art through painting
abstract subjects that talks about
feelings on large canvases;
My experiences as a psychoanalis student
progressively cross over to art. I am a self taugh
artist, wich requires study and implication, and all
this awareness of myself and my desires come over
me in form of art.
Today, my artistic expressions becomes the most
important production of my life.”

Besides tattooing, I want to improve my

artwork on other surfaces. For this, I look for
partnerships, spaces and collabs where I can
have contact with local artists to learn a little
more about the culture, of those places I want
to visit, and artistically evolve through this
exchange.
