WEAKNESS-

 Lack of understanding of Drift concept undermined the overall performance in each

round

 Selling of capacity in first round and utilization of second shift prominently led to
very high Variable costs. This in turn led to drastic decrease in contribution margin

 We missed buying of new capacity for a new product that we had introduced in
R&D. This led to no sale of this new product even during second round and
contributed majorly to loss to company.

 Lack of utilization of Accessibility and Awareness in first round led to poor sales and
hence poor market utilization.

 Owing to the first-round mistakes, products were under-positioned with respect to

ideal positioning which ultimately led to low contribution to sales and income.

 Forecasting was a challenge that led to stock out of some products.

 Current Ratio was 3.7 which was too high because we were withholding cash for
longer period of time which was indicative of under-utilization of assets.

STRENGTHS-

 We invested well on promotions and sales budgeting in second round that led to
substantial increase in awareness and accessibility which in turn led to strengthening
of the market position of Traditional product.
 There was no need to utilize Emergency Loan which showed we were financially
solvent.
