ACADEMIC DISHONESTY AMONG LEGAL MANAGEMENT STUDENTS IN SAN BEDA

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study attempted to determine why the Legal Management students in San Beda University A.Y. 2017-2018
choose academic dishonesty over academic integrity. In order to get a better understanding of the problem, the
study also attempted to focus on the classroom and school environment play, different methods and main reasons
for academic dishonesty, and the prevention of academic honesty, specifically this sought answers to the following
questions:

1. What are the driving forces, or the main influences behind academic dishonesty?

2. How do the students successfully cheat?

3. To what extent does academic dishonesty occur?

4. In what areas are they really caught cheating?

5. What can teachers, administrators, and school counselors do to prevent academic dishonesty?
