● Certified ACF CFC and CFPC.
● Certified FDRP Associate.
● Experienced in Prep cooking, Plating, À La Carte line, and Bake shop.
● Classical knife cuts, frying, roasting, sautéing, broiling, basting, baking, proofing, baked
products, soups, broths, sauces, jellies, boiling, grilling, steaming, slicing, dicing, etc.
