RCCPL Punch Points 5 Sept
Yesterday we had a joint discussion and site inspection with Adtech (MrVipin) +RCCPL
(Mr Kulkarni) + ChemiTech (myself) team.
Here's the updated list of Punch points from all parties with our inputs and action
points:
CTCPL team will make sure all the above points are taken care for CEIG approval.
RCCPL agrees to start billing post-electrical inspector approvals. Further, RCCPL agrees
to allow test runs (not billable) before CEIG approvals.
8. Tagging of cables:
To be completed by CTCPL
9. Naming of Inverters and ACDB
Temporary numbers available, will be replaced with proper tags by CTCPL
10. Water Proofing
RCCPL and CTCPL will jointly identify spots (6th/7th Sept) and seal it
11. String Test Report
Adtech (Mr Vipin) to share the format of the same, CTCPL will complete the string
tests and populate the report.
12. Bi Metallic Lugs for inverter terminations - added safety
Although this is not part of BoM (shared in Dec 2017), CTCPL agrees to do it.
13. Canopy Paint for inverters on RM Shed:
CTCPL will complete it with Silver paint in line with the color theme. RCCPL
approves of silver paint.
14. Insulation Mat for ACDB
CTCPL installed Insulation mat, RCCPL requests new insulation mat with IS
standards. CTCPL agrees to install it.
15. 15 Modules fitting:
15 modules on south face of RM shed to be fixed by CTCPL.
They have not been installed so far for broader walkway space. It'll be installed
before system handover.
16. Monitoring + RMU + WMS + Cleaning Mechanism:
Not a part of signed PO with Adtech.
Additional discussion to be done separately.
17. Staircase modifications requested by RCCPL
The staircase construction completed as per approved designs and load shared and
approved by RCCPL.
Further modifications can not be done on our cost.
CTCPL input: Staircase has been created solely and explicitly for solar use case.
Factory inspector approvals has also been received for the design
and as built conditions. CTCPL further agrees that all solar professionals accessing
the staircase are would be trained/insured.
RCCPL input: RCCPL to agree as long as CTCPL team takes the responsibility of solar
professionals.
