Quantitative Methods using Correlational Design for finding Relationship Between Variable
Dependent and Independent, for analysis using Descriptive.
Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional untuk menemukan
hubungan antara variable terikat dengan variable bebas, sedangakan untuk analisisnya
menggunakan deskriptif.
Design
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian korelasi, yang mana penelitian
korelasi digunakan untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variable atau
lebih.
The characteristic of respondents is derived by elementary schools,
middle school and high school principal in Bagcilar and Basak sehir
districts Istanbul where the quantity of populations are 153 people and
the 137 of them are being used as sample that representation of the
populations.
7. Principals’ opinion in implicit leadership based on the number books read in one year.
- There is not statistically significant variances in implicit leadership impressiveness,
power, and sensitivity.
- In personal morals and skillfulness factors, there are statistically significant variances
in implicit leadership.
Pendapat kepala sekolah tentang kemampuan memimpin menurut buku yang
dibaca dalam satu tahun.
- tidak terdapat signifikan pada faktor kepekaan, kekuasaan, dan kewibawaan.
- pada faktor watak pribadi dan kemampuan memiliki nilai signifikan pada
kemampuan kepemimpinan seseorang.
8. There are significant and positive variances between implicit leadership and proactive
behavior
Terdapat Hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kemampuan
kepemimpinan dengan sikap tanggung jawab kepala sekolah.
f. Pembahasan After obtaining data about principals implicit leadership, there are
some factors, such as personal morals, skillfulness, sensitivity, power,
and impressiveness that are examined based on age, gender, the
number book read in one year, educational background, organization
worked, seniority, and One cannot became a leader, one is born as a
leader principals defined themselves; it can be concluded that the
implicit leadership above such as personal morals, skillfulness,
sensitivity, and power have relation with proactive behavior in implicit
leadership, however it is only impressiveness factor that not create
relation toward proactive behavior. The research result is obtained by
generalization sample in the populations.
