3. Do you follow any written procedures or Standard Operating


Procedures (SOP) in carrying out your duties and responsibilities?

5. How many employees do you supervise? Are they well-trained and


knowledgeable of their duties and responsibilities?
6. How often do you supervise the operation of the Institute?

doing their jobs properly?
