SMARTPHONE
ANDROID
Android does not provide any support for adding online calendar
subscriptions directly. You can, however, link MyTimetable to Google
Calendar (see Google Calendar). If you don't have a Google account yet, you
can create one here. Follow these steps to connect your timetable to Google
Calendar. You can then use your Google Calendar on your Android
smartphone when connected to your Google account.
With Google Calendar, there can be several hours between updates of your
timetable. Please visit https://mytimetable.bath.ac.uk/m for an up-to-date
timetable.
IPHONE / IPAD
It is easy to add an online calendar subscription using an iPhone or iPad. In
Safari, surf to https://mytimetable.bath.ac.uk/m, login, click the menu
button and pick 'Export'. The iPhone will now request confirmation. Click
'Subscribe' to subscribe to your personal timetable.
BLACKBERRY
Unfortunately, it is not possible to link MyTimetable to your Blackberry
smartphone. Blackberry smartphones support synchronising with Google
Calendar, however, subscribed calendars cannot be synchronised. Googles
proprietary solution 'Google Sync for BlackBerry' unfortunately is
discontinued.
You can use MyTimetable mobile to view your up-to-date timetable. For this,
visit https://mytimetable.bath.ac.uk/m.
OTHER SMARTPHONES
Consult your smartphone's manual for device-specific instructions for adding
calendar subscriptions. This URL of the calendar can be found by clicking
'Export' and then selecting 'Other', under 'Subscribe'. It is shown in the
textbox and starts with http://mytimetable.bath.ac.uk/.

MyTimetable has a personal profile for each academic year. If a selection can
be made between multiple academic years, then a drop-down menu will be
displayed at the top menu.
Each individual online calendar has a unique code. You can reset these
'personal links' by following these instructions. Note: Your old online
calendar's URL will no longer work. You now need to reconfigure your
agenda application and/or smartphone.
ALL MY CLASSES START ONE OR MORE HOURS TOO LATE OR TOO EARLY.
Your time zone may be configured incorrectly. Click the 'Settings' option in
the top right corner of the MyTimetable screen and make sure the time zone
is set correctly.
This depends on the application you use. Google Calendar updates the
timetable about every 6 hours, Microsoft Outlook updates every hour and for
Apple Calendar you can configure the update interval yourself.
We advise you to reset the connection with the calendaring application. You
can do this by removing the subscription from Outlook (right click on the
timetable and choose 'delete'), Apple Calendar (right click on the timetable
and choose 'Delete') or Google Calendar (go to 'Settings' > 'Calendars' and
choose 'Unsubscribe'). Then, in MyTimetable, reset your personal
subscription links. Now you should re-add the timetable to your calendaring
application.
MyTimetable has a personal profile and online calendar for each academic
year. Select the correct academic year from the drop-down menu at the top
of your profile and re-export your timetable.
Click the 'Settings' option in the top right corner of the MyTimetable screen
and open the tab 'Applications'. Now, click the reset link to reset your
personal links.
Note: Your old online calendar's URL will no longer work. You now need to
reconfigure your agenda application and/or smartphone.
