After reading the uploaded cases you should be able to:

i) Understand the facts of each case;

ii) Understand the offences that were raised;

iii) Understand AR and the MR of each offence;

iv) Explain when the AR and the MR coincided;

v) Identify the intervening act (if any) and the approach taken by the court in each case;

vi) Identify the liability of each defendant;

vii) Identify the defences raised and the elements that had to be established; and

viii) Understand the consequence of raising the said defence.
