    Dear Mr. & Mrs. Dinoy

    In connection with your application for DAR Clearance involving the property you
    purchased from Rebecca A. Dinoy, et. al, please be informed that only the photocopy of
    the Deed of Absolute Sale and the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate were attached.

    As required by the provisions of Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1989, attached


    documents should be original and/or certified photocopy/ies of the original.

    In this regard please submit said documents within ten (10) days from receipt hereof to
    avoid pendency and/or dismissal of your application.

    Further, please submit also the Death Certificate of Buenaventura Almoroto as basis of your
    Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
