Comments:

1. Under Responsibilities of the First Party:

a. Include the following provisions:
i. That the FIRST PARTY shall not grant allowance and/or adequate
insurance to the trainee
ii. That the there is no employer-employee relationship between the FIRST
PARTY and the trainee;
iii. That the FIRST PARTY is not under any obligation to employ the trainee
after the completion of the training;
2. Include provision stating that, the trainee shall be personally responsible for any and all
liabilities arising from negligence in the performance of his/her duties and functions while
under training;
3. Include provision stating that, the trainee shall abide by the rules and regulations, policies
and procedures of the FIRST PARTY.
