road Construction Industry.
 They are a Conglomerate of Companies specializing in different product lines for road
construction industry for over four decades.
 As a group they have diversified into road building, electronics, software development,
industrial finance and environment protection.

JOB PROFILE:
Position will Head the Training Centre function.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Position will report to Head – Sales.
2. Responsible for overall Training Management and operations - Managing training
program for PAN India requirements.
3. Ensure training center programs are competitive and in line with the industry
requirement.
4. Proven ability to gather, extract and use data effectively in the area of road construction
equipment.
5. Acquainted with Indian & International vocational education Systems (NSDC /
Switzerland /Germany).
6. Propose training needs in context to effective operations and maintenance of AIN
products.
7. Propose revenue generation model for the project.
8. Supervise training, curriculum development for regular & customized program.
9. Coordinate training programs for internal employees in consultation with HR & all
stakeholders.
10. Develop & Review Training programs based on New Product launches, Market
Feedback, Channel Needs & Partner requirements.
11. Training Program Content Management.
12. Implement best practices of similar industries.
13. Propose yearly training budget and present to management for budget approval.
14. Plan developmental needs for 3 to 5 years as per business projection in discussion with
functional heads.
15. Develop and empower internal trainer pool for various training.
16. Develop vendor for imparting specialized training.
17. Ensure pre and post training assessment with positive change along with feedback on 5
scale rating with corrective action as per feedback.
18. Quarterly review of progress and address training needs on time.
19. Documentation of overall Training Management and monthly MIS Reporting.

Desired Candidature:
1. Candidate having work experience of working with a Technical Training Centre.
2. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the—job or
in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
4. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing
recommendations for improvement.
5. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
6. Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government
standards.
7. Excellent communication and man management skills.
8. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
9. Good written and verbal communication skill.
10. Good Knowledge of computer and maintaining MIS reports.

Educational Requirements:
 Qualification - Graduate I Post Graduate in Engineering (Mech.) and Diploma in Training
&Development (Preferred)
 Having 7 — 10 years of experience in Training and Development activities
