Text: Depression is departing from normal functioning, making it difficult for a person to work,
sleep, eat or enjoy activities. The person who experienced this usually experience bipolar
disorder or change and alternation of moods occurs.

SCENE 2 (Giving facts about depression)

Text: Depression is a common mental disorder. Globally, more than 300 million people of all
ages suffer from depression.

Text: 1 out of 8 women develop depression in their lives, most common in woman ages are
ranging from 25-44 years old.

Text: Men are over four times as likely to complete suicide, though women attempt more
frequent.

the same way diabetes or heart disease would.

Instead, remmision is the goal, even though it may recur, there are treatments available to

reduce the severity of your symptoms, manage your condition, and give you support.

Text: Having appropriate medication and counseling

Text: Lifestyle changes or adjustments by exercising, eating nutritious food and getting
the right amount of sleep.
