This workshop will explore the core structural dynamics
essential for creating a strong, flexible and well-integrated body structure. We will learn fundamental body alignments and look at how standing practice can be used to reduce stress, improve health and build strength.
These workshops will explore the core concepts of Qi Gong
practice and provide a solid foundation for those who would like to establish their own practice, and for those who would like to attend the weekly classes. We will also explore the details of Whole Body, or Taoist Breathing. This type of breathing practice opens and relaxes both the body and the mind, allowing students to more deeply explore the nature of their internal world.
Workshops are open to both beginners and more
experienced students, and serve as a foundation for those students who wish to develop a regular Qi Gong practice and for those who wish to attend the regular weekly classes.
