Subject: Do’s and Don'ts

sir ,
As agreed I have completed successfully Allengers C-Arm HF49 Machine , by
Changing Master Card , Instant Exposure Card and Inverter. Now Machine is
under 100% working condition.
The Machine was malfunctioned due to Power errors in the electrical circuits
and extension boxes of the O.T theater.
I have shown your electrician and Biomedical Engineer the problem occurring
with the power sockets , total equipment was earth due to which IC’s in boards
are damaged completely.
Today i.e on 06/03/2018 after completing repair again ,the machine was taken
for one Ortho Surgery and it was completed successfully .

Please sort out the Electrical Issues i have shown to all .

Other than Electrical issues if the machine is not working i will come and visit ,
almost three times i have came and sorted out the problem. If again problem
persists with your electrical issues i will be not responsible.
