    1. Do you agree with Fr. Moga that our mortality is under our control? Explain and defend

    your stance.

    I believe that mortality is not under our control. We are free to do whatever we

    want, but only to a certain extent. In this world, we have no absolute freedom, only a

    subjective view on it. Death cannot be outstripped (Heidegger), therefore sooner or later,

    no matter how much you eat healthy foods and take good care of yourself, you’re still going

    to die eventually. You can only prolong your life, but you cannot decide your own date of

    death.
