Types Of Waterproofing we do
Polymer Modified Waterproofing

We offer Polymer Modified Waterproofing Membranes, which are produced with APP compound. The APP
compound is a blend of distilled G.B. Waterproofing , a blend of Polypropylene Polymers and selected Filler.
The excellent quality of this compound has the beneficial properties of low cold flexibility and high heat
stability. These properties directly influence the aging resistance of the product thus extending the life
expectancy of the system. The membranes are highly suitable for most geographical locations and use in high
performing insulated roof systems. Because of the compounds excellent heat (stability this membrane is
highly suitable for summer conditions or warmer climates. The reinforcement used in these membranes is
heavy weight non-woven spun bond polyester.
Membranes with excellent dimensional stability will check it from failure even in high thermally stressed
roofing systems. The reinforcement has high mechanical characteristics (tensile strength, elongation at tear
resistance) which give the following advantages of the membranes.

 The ability to absorb high stress due to structural movement.

 Excellent tear resistance

 High static indentation resistance which is necessary in roofs gardens and reservoirs.

 High resistance to foot traffic which maintains the aesthetic appearance of the roof.
Crystalline Waterproofing Product
 The most important feature of G.B. Crystalline Waterproofing is that it reacts with free calcium
Hydroxide in the concrete to form a uniquely effective and long-lasting crystalline formation, which has
become an integral part of the structure as it fills and plugs the pores, capillaries and micro-cracks. By this, we
are achieving the waterproofing property by enhancing the quality of concrete by crystallization and it is a
permanent solution compared to other systems. Another advantage of crystalline system, is that it can be
applied and make it to work form the negative side of the concrete. So existing basements can be treated from
the negative side and the leakage problem can be arrested without digging of earth from outside.

Sealants

ACP Silicone-Neutral is a high performance, neutral cure, ultraviolet resistant sealant for industrial use and

Glazing silicone is a high performance, acetic cure, ultra violet resistant one component silicone sealant. It is
an industrial grade, acetic cure sealant designed specifically for sealing and waterproofing all types of windows
and frames, ideally used for glass and glazing.

These sealants are virtually unaffected by normal weathering. It’s excellent in all types of weather, which
enables it to retain its original properties after years of exposure.

Allied Construction Chemical

 G.B. Water proofing’s BostikBostik One is a smooth aqueous liquid waterproofing dispersion for
addition into cement renders and screed, which effectively blocks the passage of water and increase mortar
resistance against water and chemicals.

Two In One is a integral water proofing cum water reducing admixture for concrete and plaster.

Exterior Coatis high performance acrylic based coating with anti fungal properties and UV resistant properties.
Recommended for protection of exterior cementitious surfaces

Boscoseal PUis a one-part coal tar free bitumen modified, moisture curing polyurethane memberane. After
curing it provides a tough highly elastomeric, impervious barrier to moisture. Suitable for application by brush,
roller or towel

Hydroment 476 Crete HS/Boscocreteis a crylic latex based waterproofing additive cum bonding agent.

Boscocem 475is a styrene butadiene based mortar modifying and bond agent for repairs. Bonding
agent for old to new concrete. Suitable for waterproofing, laying floor screeds and repair damaged and
spawlled concrete.

Ultralevel ESL 1000is a 1 mm thick self leveling, seamless, epoxy floor system, Ideal for industrial floor, clean
room laboratories and electronic assembly area, hospital, switch gear plant room, pharma industries, food
processing industries and showrooms.

Crack Fillis high performance polymer modified cementious crack sealer for sealing / repairing internal and
external cracks in plasters and masonry surface

Bostik EP Bond is a epoxy bonding agent for new to old concrete. Suitable for steel and structural members
and repairs of structural concrete. High bond strength and excellent adhesion.

Plug Leak is fast setting hydraulic cement based water plugging compound. Suitable for repairs to basements,
pits, RCC water tanks, concrete pipes, sewage systems and water retaining structures.

is a rapid setting, high early strength, shrinkage compensated repair concrete for patching roadways,
pavements and floors. A special blend of cement and aggregates supplied in a ready to use form. The addition
of water and mixing produces a high strength, heavy duty trowellable repair concrete that minimizes shut
down and allows the repair back in service in 2-3 hours.

Fixall is a rigid set, high quality cement based adhesive suitable for most types of ceramic wall and floor tiles.
Fixall is suitable for thin and thick bed applications onto rigid substrates including concrete, cement renders,
brickwork and block work.

Bostik Tile Grout is a cementious tile joint filler suitable for joint filling in wall and floor tiles. Resistant to
shrinkage and cracking. Available in range of colours.

No More Nails is a general purpose adhesive/sealant for interior or exterior general construction work. No
More Nails is a gunable, synthetic rubber based adhesive which exhibits excellent green strength, flexibility,
good temperature resistance and good slump resistance. 

COATINGS

1. Acrylic Coating (High solid content)

 We are also having enough stock of acrylic coating manufactured by leading companies in the world.
The surface coatings are ideally suitable for wall treatment purpose. It seals all the visible like cracks on the
both external and internal wall. It contains solid content more than 60% to take care of all cracks and
forms 1mm thick film. The unique property makes it different from other surface coatings supplied by our
popular paint companies.

Any color can be processed to the requirement of the clients on request.

It is very suitable for inaccessible roof, Metal factory roofs etc. These elastomeric coatings also reduce the
noise pollutions when the rain strikes the metal surface. 

2. PU Coating

Single component PU coating is a very effective waterproofing treatment for the roof , podium
surfaces. It is also reinforced with Fibre glass mesh to get mechanical stability. Thickness between 1m to
1.5mm is generally suitable for effective results.

It is applied either by roller or rubber brush. After curing of this coating, insulation boards are generally
provided to achieve required thermal insulation value.
