LETTER OF RESIGNATION
I regret to inform you that I am resigning from my membership with the Ultimate Club.
Although I have enjoyed a little as a member, there are many things which doesn't go down well
with me but to name few, I went for a surgery nobody paid me a visit, when my grandfather died
but nobody showed up and sympathize with me, the same goes to my uncle's death nobody
showed up again, so I thought to myself that nobody cares about me, at this time I have made my
decision to step down from my position as financial secretary, because in any civilized society
there's something which we called brotherhood which I haven't felt since I joined this club. I
hereby relinquish all rights, responsibilities and privileges as an Ultimate Club Member,
effective immediately. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
I hope that my resignation does not in any way cause inconvenience and would like to apologize
in advance if this is the case. If you have any questions or comments regarding my resignation,
please feel free to contact me.
I have enjoyed participating in the Ultimate Club duties and functions throughout the duration of
my membership and will miss doing so. I wish the club continued success and hope that the
members and I may enjoy keeping in touch in the future. Thank you for your patience and
understanding at this time.
