Which meal would I pick and why?

- Out of the meals provided, I would most likely choose the Wendy's meal. It has the lowest amount of
calories which is important for me. I eat small meals throughout the day, and I can't have one small
snakc take up half of my alotted calories intake. It also serves as a happy medium between fiber and
sodium copared to the other meals. It's not thelowest but it also is not the highest.
