 01/2007 – present: General Manager, Research and Development
Managing department of almost 40 people of which 4 are people managers leading develop-
ment, analyst and QA teams located in Czech Republic (Brno and Prague), USA and Japan.
Among my responsibilities are:
Supervision over Technology, Methodology and Product Architecture,
Implementation and improvement of Product Development Methodology and Processes,
People Management, Performance Evaluation, Recruitment and Attrition Handling,
Budgeting and Financials of Software/Hardware Product Development.
I am reporting directly to company CEO.
I am member of the company Board of Directors.
 02/2003 – 01/2007: Chief Analyst, Institute of Computer Science, Masaryk University
I managed a development team (10 people).
My responsibilities as Chief Analyst were:
people management, performance evaluation, technology and system architecture supervision.
My team was responsible for analysis, design and implementation of internal IT infrastructure
systems and applications (identity management, audit and access control) on Microsoft Win-
dows and Unix platforms.
 09/1999 – 01/2003: Chief Developer, Institute of Computer Science, Masaryk University
Design and development of internal infrastructure IT systems (identity management, physical ac-
cess control, data processing, system automation) on Microsoft Windows platform (Win32 API,
C/C++/C#, Microsoft.Net, Java). I acted as a lead architect/developer.
