PAYROLL PROJECT

I. Formal authorization of the project

This letter formally authorizes the construction project of a family home in a record time in the
territory of San Antonio, Texas. Then a project plan will be developed and presented to the
sponsor for its eventual approval. The project plan will include a declaration of scope,
programming, estimated cost, budget, cornogram of activities in record time of implementation

II. Scope of the project

The general objective of the project is to build a habitable house in a record time of 2 hours

The deliverables of the project will be detailed plans of the building to build these contain pipes,
general and internal structure, marqueteria, ornamentation required and other elements that make
up a house in optimal conditions. The second deliverable will be a detailed plan of costs that the
project requires from construction materials, required personnel determined in time / labor,
machinery and equipment, costs of the acquired land and other costs that give rise to said project.

The high-level risks to carry out this project is the climate that is not favorable, that some
machine or equipment present damages at the time of the operation of it, overpaying the
expected costs. The success will be determined by the sponsor of the project, the availability of
the men who will work in it.

III. Identification of the project manager

The Project Manager, Felipe Rueda, is authorized to interact with the administration as
necessary, negotiate resources, delegate responsibilities within the framework of the project and
communicate with all contractors and the administration, as necessary, to ensure the timely
completion of the project.

IV. Approved schedule for the execution of the project

The project plan will be submitted and approved in accordance with the milestone schedule
below. Upon approval of the project plan resources will be assigned to the project and work will
