Andrea Lee Noblesville Schools has proposed an expanded operating

Assistant Principal referendum. This referendum will be voted on by the
Noblesville community on November 6, 2018. I encourage

I also want to thank you for your support of the annual NEMS
PTO Miller Gold fundraiser. The PTO is still receiving
Jenn Schott donations and will have a final total to share with you soon.

Is your child planning to play an NEMS sport after fall break? Any
student who is planning to try out for a winter sport at NEMS
(those include boys and girls basketball and wrestling) will need
to have an IHSAA physical paper copy on file in the front office
and have filled out the online Rank One Sports forms.
Appointments during the school day
If your child has an appointment during the school day, please
write a note stating the time you would like to pick up your child
and the reason. Your child should take this note to the Student
Services office between 7:20 and 7:35 am to secure a pass to
leave school. At the designated time, your child should show the
pass to the teacher and then be dismissed to meet you in the
office. You must come in the building to sign your child out and
present photo ID. When your child returns, he or she must check
back in at the office with a doctor’s excuse This procedure
shortens your wait time when you come in to get your child, and
prevents interruptions of the classroom during instruction time.
Report Cards
The end of the first quarter grading period was
Wednesday, October 3. Report cards will be
emailed to parents by October 25. Parents will
need their child’s lunch code in order to download
and view the report card. Paper copies of report cards will be
mailed to families who do not have an email address on file.
As a reminder, you may also access your child’s grades at any
time by logging into the PowerSchool parent portal with the
account you created.

result, there are a number of apps available for students to search
for, access, and read a variety of books (in multiple formats) via
their iPad. These apps are described below and linked to
instructions for accessing the apps. Please direct any questions
concerning these apps to the Library Media Specialist at

Appreciation Week Destiny Discover: This app gives students access to the school
library catalog where they can search for books, ebooks, and e-
