Phase 2 : Problem Statement
1. Guru memberikan lembar kerja siswa kepada setiap kelompok.
Teacher gives a work sheet for every group.
2. Guru membimbing siswa untuk masalah-masalah yang relevan dengan bahan
pelajaran
Teacher guide the students of the relevant problems with the subject matter
Guru : “Berarti kalian mencari apa?”
Teacher : “So, what must you find?
3. Siswa merumuskan hipotesis permasalahan
Student make a formula based on the hypothesis of the problem
Siswa : “Mencari luas permukaan bola”
Student : “Find the formula of area of sphere.”

1. Guru memberi kesempatan pada siswa untuk mencoba langsung dengan
bereskperimen
Teacher give the time to students for try the experiment.
Guru : “Tolong saya dibantu mencari rumus luas permukaan bola dari jeruk tersebut,
bisakan?”
Teacher: “Help me to find formula of area of sphere from your oranges , can’t you?
2. Siswa mencoba langsung bereksperimen.
Students try the experiment.

Guru : “Silahkan kalian mencari jari-jari jeruk terlebih dahulu, bagaimana kalian
mencari jari-jari dari jeruk yang kalian terima?”
Siswa : “Dengan memutari keliling jeruk dengan benang lalu dicari jari-jari”
Teacher : “Find the radius of your oranges, how to find radius from your oranges?”
Student : “We can arround oranges using thread then we can get radius”
Fase 5 : Pembuktian
Phase 5 : Verification
1. Guru memberi kesempatan siswa untuk menjelaskan hasil eksperimen.
Teacher give the time to students for explain the result of the experiment.
Guru : “Baik, silahkan hasil perkerjaan kalian tempel di depan dan tulis hasilnya di
papan.”
Teacher : “Ok, you can adhere your result and write the result in board.”
2. Siswa menjelaskan hasil pekerjaannya.
