Brother Hall, you have submitted a list of signatures all of which are not of members in good standing, but with the excessive amount of signatures over the allotted 200 necessary, I would concede that you have enough. understand your efforts but unfortunately you have not submitted this petition in the proper format. Your heading on the petition is improper, levying accusations that cannot and have not been proven to be factual on a constitutional proposal is at the very least disrespectful to the members and the constitutional process.
