Legal Consent

DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE / TRADITIONAL BUSINESS INNOVATION TRAINING


Dear CTCC Participant,
You are contacted because you have been deemed by our survey efforts that were done via project partner’s
newtorks or by contact through a partner associated with the CTCC project. The CTCC project believes strongly that
your company is a qualified candidate and can benefit by our efforts to help stimulate creative innovation in what
you do. An email inviting you participate will seek your permission to register.
By registering to participate in the CTCC project, (non-profit organisation that is financed by the European Regional
Development Fund, South Baltic Programme 2014-2020) your contact details, which are found publicly, such as
address of your location and type of business are to be used and evaluated in the project up till 5 years after the
project ends (Jul 15, 2025). The Online Course on developing creative /traditional business innovation will meet the
following conditions: Your personal information will be used ONLY for the duration of the project, i.e., your email
address so as to contact you; your name so as to identify you with grades; your company / firm so as to help with
organising you with others
Data protection policy
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) includes the principle of obligatory accountability
in Art. 5 (2). Accordingly, each responsible individual, project partner in the CTTC project or office will be able to
provide evidence of having an overall policy for data protection compliance, which must also be regularly reviewed
and, if necessary, further developed.
The CTCC project and its project partners will process personal data and have established procedures to regularly
review, rate and evaluate the efficacy of the data protection and data security measures. For this purpose, a data
protection policy is attached. Hence, CTCC will follow the procedures and actively protect the data and not share
data outside the scope of the CTCC project.
What are the contents of the data protection policy?
The data protection policy that CTCC is following is structured for both internal and external stakeholders. The
proper data protection policy contains the following contents:
 Data protection policy and responsibilities in the project; CTCC. 
 Legal framework in the C TCC 
 Documentation 
 Existing technical and organisational measures 
 Organisational minimum regulations

CTCC Privacy Policy Statement


Creative Traditional Companies Cooperation including its web-based tools and platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook)
are committed to data security and the fair and transparent processing of personal data. This privacy policy (Policy)
sets out how we will treat the personal data which you provide to us in compliance with applicable data protection
law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Please read this Policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store,
use and share personal data, your rights in relation to your personal data, how to contact us and supervisory
authorities in the event that you would like to report a concern about the way in which we process your data.
Who are we?
Creative Traditional Companies Cooperation is a not for profit project funded by the European Commission that
represnts 10 public partners working together for the purpose of fostering and improving coopearation between
creative and traditioanl companies. The 10 partners are under the direction of the lead partner, which is Mrs. Laima
Gerlitz, Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences: Technology, Business and Design, European Project

Creative Traditional Companies Cooperation is the ‘controller’ of the personal data you provide to us or one of our
associated platforms i.e. Facebook, ITS LEARNING, LinkedIn, web-site of CTCC.

What Personal Data do we collect? We may collect and process the following persona data:
 Information you provide to us: 
 If you: complete a form on our Website; complete a survey; 
 correspond with us by phone, e-mail, or in writing; 
 sign up to receive our communications; 
 create an account with us; 
 we may collect your name, e-mail address, postal address including country, telephone number, 
organisation, and job role. 
Who do we share your personal data with? 
We may share your personal data with the 10 project partners within Creative Traditional Companies
Cooperation project – only. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that our partners protect your personal
data and are aware of their information security obligations. We limit access to your personal data to
those who have a genuine business need to know it. 
We store your personal data in our project related cloud – CTCC project website’s intranet:
www.movecreative.eu
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss or destruction. We also have
procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any
applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so. 

Under the GDPR, you have various rights with respect to our use of your personal data:
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you by contacting us at the email.
Please include with your request information that will enable us to verify your identity. We will respond within 30
days of request. Please note that there are exceptions to this right. We may be unable to make all information
available to you if, for example, making the information available to you would reveal personal data about another
person, if we are legally prevented from disclosing such information. Or if your request is manifestly unfounded or
excessive.
