Sulong sir, to our motherly,

compassionate and benevolent municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Daylinda P. Sulong, to our enthusiastic ABC
Barangay Captain Gideon B. Sulong, my due respect to our diligent Public Schools District Supervisor
Dr. Veronica D. Gallardo, to our ever supportive and beauteous School Principal Mrs. Nihma Ismula,
my salute to our GPTA President Nashruddin S. Ismael Jr. together with the Board of Directors, faculty
and staff, parents, ladies and gentlemen good morning.

Once again we are gathered for our annual general meeting. It is customary that we meet to
discuss problems of your children, meet with the teachers and staff who are taking care of your
children.

My task this morning is to welcome you all. So, on behalf of the entire strong faculty and staff
and GPTA officers of the Lapuyan National High School, I would like to welcome you all to our 1st GPTA
assembly for this SY. 2018-2019.

To the parents, I want to reiterate that the parents are the backbone of the school, you are
one of its foundation that without you the school will collapse. Yes that is true, without the parents
the school will die. I may say that we are the front liner but you parents are our backup. That is why
we should always be at all times a partner in all school related activities and undertakings.

This morning we will be discussing different PTA’s programs, projects and other matters, all
relative for the welfare of your children and the school. We will also tackle different issues and
concerns on the different area and resolve it thru a unanimous decision.

To the newly elected officials I wish that you illuminate what Rosalynn Carter said, "A leader
takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to
go, but ought to be." as you take the lead today, for now and always. Remember to fire passion for
transparency, honesty and integrity.

I will not prolong my message because we have a lot of important matters to discuss, to the parents
we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and unreserved love for the LNHS, in sparing your time
despite your busy schedule. We are looking forward to working with all the parents in making this
year an exciting and a successful one. Once again I extend a warm welcome to each one.. Thank You.
