costs
c. (3) Actions in admiralty and maritime jurisdiction where the demand or claim
does not exceed PhP 100,000.- [in Metro Manila: PhP 200,000.]
a. exclusive of interest, damages, attorney’s fees, litigation expenses and
costs
d. (4) Probate proceedings (testate or intestate), where the gross value of the
estate does not exceed PhP 100,000.-
