Plan A: 5 days, no budget
Day 1-2: Find out customer’s behavior
 Need of customer.
 Customer’s taste.
 Space (or Atmosphere).
 Attitude of staff.
 When they usually go to coffee shop (morning, afternoon,…or
when they need place to study together…).
 What is the price they willing to pay for a cup of coffee (or tea).
 How competitor do to attract customer?
Day 3-4: Make a survey
 Observation other coffee shop.
 Make a online form and publish on Facebook to collect
information of customer: age, career, their favorite coffee, price,…
 Interview with BKU student about their need.
Day 5: Analyzing the data
 Summarize data you already have
 Divide into many group base on price (main factor).
 Making the final decision to open the coffee shop

Plan B: 25 days, 15 millions


Day 1-2: Find out customer’s behavior

 Build a planning survey based on guide of consultant => 5 millions
Day 8 – 20: Collecting data
 Share the online survey form to friends and family
 Interview BKU student, employee, lecturers,…
 Observation in other coffee shop to find out what is attract
customer to their coffee shop.
 Make sample of coffee, give it free to customer and get the
feedback  3.5 millions
 Buy data from marketers  3.5 millions
Day 21 – 23: Analyzing the data
 Find the suitable source of coffee and cake based on collected data
 3 millions
 Check the feedback of customer
Day 24 – 25:
 Make the decision to open the coffee shop.
