Your manager will have ongoing conversations with you to see how we are doing.
Please list below your availability and preference for the next 6 months.
We will consider your availability to be as listed below unless you submit a new Partner Availability Form.

Partner: Please return this form and discuss with your store manager upon completion. Your store manager will use this information as
well as the business needs of the store to build a schedule that balances both. Knowing your preferences is a starting point for you and
your store manager to discuss scheduling. Preferences are considered but are not guaranteed. Please be aware that while this is a good
faith estimate of your expected average hours per week, minimum number of scheduled shifts per month, and the days and hours of those
shifts, your actual shifts may vary. This good faith estimate does not constitute a contractual offer and is not a contract of employment.
Manager: Update per the “Work Schedule” section in the Partner Resources Manual. Retain form for 3 years in partner file.
