APPLICATION FOR DEFERREMENT OF ADMISSION

I am Musa Hadiza Pema with registration Number: PGD/CPSS/17/170, I would

wish to defer my study at the Kaduna State University from semester 1 st of the academic
year to the end of the semester.

I understand that I should remain in my class until I receive the written approval
from the department.

My reason for deferrement is because I am encountering financial challenges

which has made my study in the school (university) unbearable couple with some family
issues.

I hope to raised the required money within the time at which I deferred to cover
my expenses. I also understand is not easy to defer studies but this is urgent priority for
me please.
