Gary’s Theory (a.k.a.

Playing Card Theory)

A Compilation of Mathematics
Antelope Gary
October 2018

This paper is about a unified theory of gravity and electromagnetism, de-

scribing reality and the force and matter that are its constituents. Here, we
describe its very basic math.

1 What is Known
Nothing is known for sure, until I can ask Gary.

2 Work In Progress

Figure 1: The Universe

2.1 Basic Force, Matter, and Their Interactions

2.1.1 Force
Of the two, force is simpler. A force bit always travels at the speed of light and
carries a constant momentum:
vbit = c,

1
pbit = φ.
The speed of light and the fundamental quantum of momentum, c and φ,
are universal constants, and can be taken to be 1 (which we will do).

2.1.2 Matter
Momentum obeys Newton’s definition in particles of matter:

momentum = p = mv,

which also holds when v/c → v, p/φ → p, and mc/φ → m (i.e. c → 1, φ → 1).
Using the new units, we have a special case for when a particle (of matter)
absorbs or emits a single bit (of force) and its momentum:

m∆v = n̂ (absorption or emission)

where n̂ is a direction vector.

2.2 Forces in Fields

The universe is full of a background of force bits in motion. A very general
description of this background can be given by the field:

N = f (x, t, n̂) dA dt dΩ

where N is the number of bits passing through area dA in a time dt, in the
direction of n̂ (within solid angle dΩ) at the place and time (x, t).
However, this description may be too general. In order to describe the effects
on matter, we may usually be able to get away with something simpler. I’m not
sure how to progress from here, but I’m sure that this would be a big step for
predicting results and describing the theory.
