COMPANY VEHICLE USE POLICY

This policy covers the acceptable use of “Company Vehicles.” Company Vehicles
are vehicles those owned by Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS), leased by
WFS, rented by WFS, or rented by an individual for the purpose of doing business
for or conducting work on behalf of WFS (including, but not limited to situations in
which an employee is reimbursed for the cost of using a personal vehicle).

Unlicensed drivers and non-WFS employees are prohibited from driving Company
Vehicles. Any employee allowing a non-WFS employee or unlicensed individual
drive a Company Vehicle may be deemed an “Unacceptable Driver” (see below).

Any employee driving a Company Vehicle shall have an acceptable driving record
and maintain the appropriate type of driver's license for the vehicle being driven
as required by the state or area in which the driver is located. Employees utilizing
Company Vehicles at any time may be requested to provide a copy of their driving
record to WFS. Employees driving personal vehicles for the purpose of doing
business for or conducting work on behalf of WFS may also be requested to
provide a copy of their driving record to WFS prior to receiving permission to drive
in the performance of their job duties.
DRIVING GUIDELINES
The following guidelines must be followed when operating a Company Vehicle:

• Maintain a current valid state driver’s license

• Safety belts must be worn at all times during the operation of the vehicle
• Safety operational check is to be performed before use
• Vehicle interiors are to be kept clean
• Accidents must be reported immediately
• Use of Company Vehicle for pushing, towing, or assisting private vehicle is
prohibited
• After-hours, non-work-related use of vehicles is not authorized, except on a
case-by-case basis and with a Manager’s approval
• Strict adherence to all civil and criminal driving laws is mandatory. Failure to
do so may be grounds for disciplinary action

An employee who violates the Driving Guidelines is subject to discipline, up to and

including termination.

UNACCEPTABLE DRIVER
An “Unacceptable Driver” is not permitted to drive a Company Vehicle. Any
employee with a status or record that includes the following will be automatically
deemed an Unacceptable Driver:

• A driver has obtained one (1) “Serious Violation” in the last three years (see
Serious Violations below)
• A driver with three (3) or more Serious Violations in the last eight (8) years
• A driver with three (3) or more accidents and/or other moving violations
(i.e., a moving violation which does not otherwise constitute a “Serious
Violation”), in the last three (3) years
• Any driver who moves to another state and is not licensed within that state's
statutory time requirements
• Drivers 21 years of age or younger will be deemed unacceptable if they have
two (2) or more accidents (regardless of fault) or two (2) or more moving
violations (any type) in the last three (3) years
• Drivers not employed by WFS or any subsidiary

The list above is not exclusive and WFS may deem an employee an Unacceptable
Driver based on factors not included on the list above.

A “status or record” includes, but is not limited to, any publicly-available record
including an employee’s driving record and court records. A “status or record” does
not include any record which has been expunged by a court of law.
