Overview
Action Pty Ltd was founded in Jakarta January
2000 by two distinguished Indonesian ICT
technopreneurs. Today they are the largest
software distributors in Indonesia representing
some of the largest and most famous principle
like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, Corel and many
more.
The distribution channel was setup in 3 major regions of Indonesia. Which are Jakarta,
Surabaya and Bali. In which within in each region we have appointed a national Master
Dealer. These companies have branch offices in all three regions. The names of these

Komputindo
Komputindo was founded in 1996 by Mr Robert Gunawan. Today they are the largest
reseller of software in Surabaya. They have 8 branches throughout Indonesia which include
Bali and Jakarta. They have more than 10 staff dedicated towards the sale of Office.
Market Coverage
In 2010 this company contributed 37% of our total sales and sold the most products in
Surabaya. They were able to achieve this by collaborating well with the existing resellers
and customers in the region.
Sales Performance
Komputindo sales of Office 2010 achieved a total sales value of $653,987.50 in year 2010.
In which Surabaya sold $569,568.75, Jakarta $27,950.00 and Bali $56,468.75 (Accounting,
2010).

Laptopindo
Laptopindo is the youngest of the Partners with its founding in 2005. The owner Mrs Linda
Sahid has been in the ICT industry for the last 15 years. Her experience working in many
large companies and principles has given her the opportunity to show her ability and be
appointed as our Master dealer. She has only recently opened her branch office in
Surabaya and Bali.
Market Coverage
Laptopindo contributed the least of the three partners. However the gap between the
partners are fairly small with less than 6% separating them. The market in potential in
Jakarta is very large since it has the largest population and contributes the biggest GDP
compare to the other regions.
Sales Performance
Laptopindo sales of Office 2010 achieved a total sales value of $659,618.75 in year 2010.
In which Surabaya sold $48,593.75, Jakarta $517,162.50 and Bali $93,862.50 (Accounting,
2010).

PC Indo
PC Indo has been operating for nearly ten years under the guidance of Mr Putu Samiwara.
He is one of Bali leading experts in ICT and continues to consult on some of the largest firms
in Indonesia. PC Indo is the largest hardware and software reseller in Bali today. It has
close to 5 branches nationwide including Surabaya and Jakarta.
Market Coverage
The performance of PC Indo can be said to be excellent as Bali represents the smallest
market by size and GDP. However they still manage to contribute 32% of total sales in
2010.
Sales Performance
PC Indo sales of Office 2010 achieved a total sales value of $588,143.75 in year 2010. In
which Surabaya sold $74,968.75, Jakarta $51,112.50 and Bali $462,062.50 (Accounting,
2010).
