Daily Promises of God

for  educators Psalm 103:1-5

NIV  -­‐ Praise  the  Lord,  my  soul;  all  my  inmost  being,  praise  his  holy  name.  Praise  the  Lord,  my  
soul, and  forget  not  all  his  benefits— who  forgives  all  your  sins and  heals  all  your  diseases,  
who  redeems  your  life  from  the  pit  and  crowns  you  with  love  and  compassion,  who  satisfies  
your  desires  with  good  things  so  that  your  youth  is  renewed  like  the  eagle’s.

LB -­‐ I  bless  the  holy  name  of  God  with  all  my  heart.  Yes,  I  will  bless  the  Lord  and  not  forget  
the  glorious  things  he  does  for  me.  He  forgives  all  my  sins.  He  heals  me.  He  ransoms  me  from  
hell.  He  surrounds  me  with  loving-­‐kindness  and  tender  mercies.  He  fills  my  life  with  good  
things!  M y  youth  is  renewed  like  the  eagle’s!

And  forget  not  all  His  benefits!  W hat  a  gift!  Have  you  ever  realized  that  there  are  benefits  to  
being  a  Christian  educator?  The  benefit  package  includes:  forgiveness,  healing,  redemption,

love,  compassion,  satisfaction,  and  renewal.  W hat  a  tender-­‐hearted,  m erciful  God  we  serve.  
Praise  Him  today  for  His  endless  love  and  benefit  package  greater  than  any  school  board  could  
ever  offer.
