INTRODUCTION
Stanchion Incorporated was established in the year 1997, and that has been
meeting the needs of its customers around the world for past 10 years. Combining
the resources of its company branches, Stanchion, Inc. has been building rigid tall
buildings and long footbridges.
Stanchion Construction, as its former name, was started by its owner, Kevin
Christian O. Villanueva, and together with his colleagues. From the beginning of
building the firm, their main goal was to build stable shelters but with the capability
of an affordable price for the client. They were more of the quality rather than
quantity. Years of hardwork, determination and more experiences, the company,
now known as Stanchion Incorporated has been constructing not just tall buildings
but also firm footbridges all throughout the whole Metropolitan Manila with its more
than 15 company branches.
Stanchion Incorporated has also developed and trained people in fabrication of
different designs of steel, such as steel trusses, built up beams and columns, et
cetera, and also we developed our technology and expertise in the field of servicing
and the like.
With our clients’ continuous demand on the same field of work we acquired some
shop tools and instruments, together with equipment and machines they serve our
client more quality and efficient work they need and require.

Graduated from Oxford University
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Specialized in
Construction Engineering Management (S.Y. 1996)

Awarded Best Building Award 2007

He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his


working life as an apprentice, and progressively work his way to becoming a project
manager. Kevin has extensive experience in the construction of new builds along
the refurbishment of existing buildings. He likes to run a happy and smooth site
where everyone involved understands what is expected of them and enjoys the
process. His strengths are his construction knowledge, problem solving ability and
his ability to get a project up and running smoothly while successfully orchestrating
the individual trade’s application.

Graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Majored in Engineering Management
Master in Construction Engineering Management
Ranked 1st in the 1999 Civil Engineering Board Exam

Kimberly joined the Stanchion in 2005. She has been in the Construction Industry
for 12 years. Her primary responsibility in the company involved guiding and
overseeing the financial and administrative management of Stanchion. She is also
in charge of the strategic decision making and development. Kimberly’s dedication
and experience makes her well-respected in the industry.

Engr. Lienard M. Manacho


Graduated from University of the Philippines Diliman
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with units
in Civil Engineering

He has 7 years of experience in Quality Management Industry. He ensures the


quality and detects errors in the product. He has a strong analytical technique and
instrumentation skills. He is also meticulous when it comes to attention in details.
Lienard is a man whom you can rely on and has familiarity with guidelines such as
good laboratory and manufacturing practices.

She has been in the construction industry for over 17


years with a profession as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator in Stanchion
Incorporated since the year 1999. She also does Architectural works and does
building designs in Stanchion Company.

Graduated from Technological Institute of the Philippines
(S.Y. 1998)
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Majored in Construction Management
Master Plumber and Master Electrician
Ranked 2nd in the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam
(1999)

She specialized in Structural Engineering in MAPUA Inst. of the Philippines and


currently works in Stanchion Inc. as an Estimator and Quantity surveyor and has
worked in the company for over 10 years now.

ACCESS ROAD, BUSBAY CONSTRUCTION & PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS PROJECT


Client: SM PRIME HOLDINGS, INC.
PROJECT COST: PHP 350 Million
SM City Marikina is strategically located beside the current rehabilitation and
development of Marikina River and Marikina
Riverbanks Center, and situated along Marcos Highway (Radial Road-6/R6),
Barangay Calumpang, Marikina City. It has a total of 60,000 square meter land area
and a total of 124,877.85 square meter gross floor area.

PROJECT DURATION:
September 18 2005 - August 20 2007

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Two-lane Bridge construction consisting of 21 spans with a total length of 280-
meters. It was constructed using AASTHO girders on bored piles on water and R.C.
piles on ground. The project also consisted of 80- meter Steel Design Pedestrian
Overpass connecting SM Marikina Mall and Marcos Highway

In Sucat, Muntinlupa, the 1-hectare Centropolis Communities is a fusion of


residential suites and commercial complex that rises to the challenge of providing
buyers with a truly cosmopolitan lifestyle home. Commercial and activity areas were
also added to the ground level of Centropolis for added convenience of its future
homeowners.

Construction of a (6) six-storey residential condominium including structural,

In Cansumoroy, Balamban, Cebu lies the unique recreation and training complex of
the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI)
The site includes 18 structures for dormitory, administration, kitchen and dining,
conference, and other various purposes. This 10-hectare development also includes
various amenities such as obstacle courses, camp lagoons, ziplines and a rappelling
wall.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Site development works including road works, drainage system, sewer system and
water system. Construction of 18 structures on a sloping terrain

Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (also known as the STAR Tollway or CALABARZON
Expressway). The expressway starts at the intersection with the 2TMaharlika
Highway2T or formerly known as the Manila South Road (MSR) in 2TSanto Tomas2T
and runs southward, near Diversion Road, Batangas City. It passes through areas
under the jurisdiction of the 2TMunicipality of Malvar2T and Tanauan City, Lipa City,
Ibaan, Batangas City, and Bauan.

This Village is the first and only self-contained community in an island setting &
located at Gen. Trias, Cavite. Across more than 200 hectares of grandeur are
carefully planned residential villages, a community district, a commercial center,
and a 3.8-hectare Recreational District all in the midst of verdant sceneries and
breathtaking riverside vistas.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Land development & site development works which includes earthworks
embankment imported fill of 950,000- cubic meter, roadway construction of 124,
550- square meter 8- 12 meter wide road), slope protection of 8,235- cubic meter
(Riprapping works), water supply system 12, 225- linear meter, drainage system of
25, 225- linear meter, perimeter fence of 4,149- linear meter and two-lane bridge
