    Dear Mr. Escobarte,

    ERRATUM

    Please be advised that the dates for the DanceSport Officiating and Basic Coaching
    Course Level 1 Training has been moved earlier from November 15-16, 2018 and the
    National Licensure Examination will be held on November 17, 2018 at Almendras
    Gym, Quimpo Boulevard, Davao City, instead of the stated date therein in our previous
    letter which was dated December 16-18, 2018.

    We also asked an ENDORSEMENT from the LGU through the Davao City Sports Division,
    Officer-in-Charge Mr. Mikey Aportadera.

    We are hoping for your most favorable response regarding this matter with the
    objective of propagating sports education in your Division and envisioning the development of
    our children to become Champions in sports and in real life.
