    Re: Toshiba VRF Design Life

    We, the Toshiba Air-conditioning Company, can confirm that the Toshiba SMMS-e systems life
    span is capable of achieving 15 years within the Middle East Tropical climate subject to the
    following pre-requisites are completed by the authorised representatives / dealer of Toshiba -

    1. Installation of units and copper piping in accordance to Toshiba guidelines.


    2. Completion of pressure, vacuum and refrigerant charging in accordance to Toshiba
    guidelines.
    3. Start-up & commissioning of system
    4. Periodic maintenance of system (inclusive of service parts)

    Failure to comply with the above may result in a reduction in the life span of the system.
