GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The scope of worksaaaaaaaaaaaas which are included in the plans,design,figures and details
are parts thereof specification to form a contract. The contractor shall in no event deviate or make
changes in the drawings or specification without the approval of the Engineer in-charge of
construction.

Anything shown on the plans but no mentioned in the specification or vice-versa but is
reasonably necessary for the proper execution and completion of the project shall be furnished
without any extra cost over the contract price.
