Environmental Problems
The environment has a profound effect on all the living creatures. When we
consider a time span of 50 years, 10 years, or even one year, what we are there is a
staggering pressure on global resources. The world population is constantly rising. Over
the years the world's forest shrank by a considerable amount. Rapid population growth
can cause natural resources to be over exploited. Continuous pollution of water
endangers our health and our future. Countless species of animals and plants have been
wiped out from earth, many of them potential for agriculture and medicine. Greenhouse
is being released around the globe by power plants, automobiles and burning forests,
potentially causing many billions of dollars in damage from rising sea levels and
changing storm patterns.
The solution of the various problems arise due to population growth every year.
absolutely, It can be handled by various businesses such as: in agriculture, change the
farming system in agriculture, find types of plants that are durable, and reduce the use
of pesticides. In the forestry sector, humans can cut down trees and replant trees,
reforest, and expand protected forest areas. In the industrial sector, creating fuel-
efficient technology, recycling, and filtering the factory waste that will be removed first.
Periodic countermeasures are carried out by the government, with various laws
and laws. Among others, the government policy that allowed the House of
Representatives on February 25, 1982. It was passed by the president on March 11,
1982 to Law No. 4 of 1982 which contained environmental provisions (UULH). Before
building a factory or other project, the developers are required to conduct an
environmental impact analysis (AMDAL). Analysis of the establishment of the
industry.
Even though environmental problems are universal, the poorest countries are the
most vulnerable to environmental changes. Economics play a major role in driving
environmental changes, as individuals act in their self-interest with minimal regard for
others or for future generations. Even though developing countries have well laid down
policies, at times poor governance makes them ineffective. We must work to preserve
the rich diversity of life if our generation and future generations are to lead a healthy,
eco-friendly life.
